Returns & Refund Policy

At Will, we strive to provide the highest quality products for your little ones. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit. Our return policy is designed to be as transparent and seamless as our brand experience.

1. Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

To ensure the health and safety of all infants, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items that have been washed or worn.

  • Items with removed tags or damaged original packaging.

  • Personal care items (e.g., pacifiers, teethers, brushes).

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

3. International Returns & Shipping Costs

As we ship globally from our logistics centers:

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Duties & Taxes: Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Safe Transit: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Will is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@willbabies.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. High-quality photos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team:

  1. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (PayTR / Credit Card).

  3. Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
