Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Will, we understand that every piece you choose for your little one is special. We are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered with the same care and excellence with which they were crafted.

1. Global Concierge Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to our global community. All orders are dispatched from our central logistics hub operated by Baby Baby Bebek Mağazaları İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi in Turkey.

2. Processing & Crafting Time

Each order is meticulously inspected and hand-packaged in our premium Will signature packaging.

• Standard Collections: Dispatched within 1-2 business days.

• Personalized/Custom Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for our artisans to prepare your unique pieces.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Europe: 2–5 business days

• North America (USA & Canada): 3–7 business days

• Gulf Region: 3–6 business days

• Rest of the World: 5–12 business days

Please note: These are estimated windows. Unexpected carrier delays or customs inspections may occasionally extend these periods.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, weight, and volume of your order. We partner with world-class carriers (such as DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure secure and swift delivery.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

As we ship from Turkey, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.

• Responsibility: These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (the importer).

• Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

6. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a direct link to track your Will package in real-time.

7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Will is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a re-shipping fee will apply.
